Inclusion

2. Meal Plan: 4 breakfasts are included in the package. Packed breakfast is included on Day 2 for the early morning checkout.

3. Inter-Island Ferry: AC cruise ferry tickets for Havelock, Neil Island, and Port Blair.

4. Sightseeing Tickets: All entry tickets, permit fees, and boat/ferry tickets required for the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.

5. Airport Transfers: Airport pickup and drop-off.

Accommodation is subject to availability and may be provided in the mentioned or similar hotels.

Exclusion

1. Transportation: Flight fare or any other transportation cost used to reach Andaman is not included.

2. Additional Sightseeing: Any sightseeing not specifically mentioned in the itinerary is excluded.

3. Optional Activities: Scuba diving, sea walk, jet ski, banana boat ride, glass-bottom boat ride, and other optional activities are not included unless specifically mentioned and are payable directly.

4. Personal Expenses: Room service, special orders, laundry, shopping, porterage, tips, telephone expenses, and other personal expenses are not included.

5. Food & Beverages: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and any meals or food items not specifically mentioned under inclusions are excluded.

6. Vehicle Usage: Additional or personal use of the vehicle is not included.

7. Cancellation Costs: Any cost incurred due to flight or ferry cancellation by the respective service provider is not included.

8. General: Anything not specifically mentioned under the package inclusions is excluded.

Payment Policy

1. Token Amount: For land arrangements, a 30% deposit of the total package cost is required as a token amount.

2. Payment Methods: Payment can be made through the provided bank account or through the payment gateway via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

3. Gateway Charges: A 2.8% payment gateway charge applies to payments made by card.

4. Flight Bookings: Full payment is required for flights through Net Banking or cash deposit as airfare rates are subject to fluctuation.

5. Balance Payment: The remaining amount of the total package cost must be paid at least 7 days before departure.

6. Invoice & Vouchers: Payment invoices and travel vouchers will be delivered to your email. Vouchers are normally provided within 7 days after the booking date.

Cancellation Policy

1. 30 days or more before the trip: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

2. 15–30 days before the trip: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

3. 0–15 days before the trip: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

4. Unforeseen Conditions: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. We will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity; however, no refund will be provided for the cancelled activity.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. Accommodation will be provided in the mentioned hotels or similar properties.

2. Hotel classification and amenities in Andaman may differ from similar categories in major Indian cities.

3. Early check-in, late checkout, and extension of stay are subject to availability.

4. Special requests such as early check-in, smoking/non-smoking rooms, room views, floors, king/twin beds, adjoining rooms, or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

5. Any additional expenses arising from special requests will be borne by the customer.

6. Vehicles are used according to the itinerary and cover only the sightseeing mentioned in the package.

7. Additional sightseeing will be charged separately.

8. Vehicle transfers are primarily point-to-point. The same vehicle and driver may not stay with the guest throughout the entire tour.

9. Inter-island ferries are operated by private ferry companies and their sailing is subject to weather and operational conditions.

10. In case a private ferry cannot operate due to bad weather or a technical issue, an alternate government ferry may be arranged.

11. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams, traffic halts, diversions, bandh, curfew, VVIP movement, strikes, or other situations beyond our control, alternate arrangements may be made where feasible.

12. In case of discontinued inter-island ferry services due to bad weather or technical issues, no refund will be provided for booked hotel arrangements. Alternate accommodation will be managed subject to availability.

13. Guests must carry valid photo ID proof with address. Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, and Aadhaar are accepted as mentioned in the package policy.

14. Guests must follow the stipulated timings for sightseeing and activities as informed by the tour representative.

15. The itinerary may be shuffled without prior notice depending on operational requirements.

16. No refund will be provided for complimentary activities that are cancelled or remain unutilized due to natural or technical reasons.

17. Andaman is a tropical destination with unpredictable rainfall. Weather conditions can affect ferry movements and activities.

18. In case of ferry disruption, alternate sightseeing and accommodation will be managed subject to availability.
