Itinerary

  1. Arrival & Transfer: Upon arriving at the Srinagar airport, you will be transferred to your hotel or a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake.
  2. City Tour: After freshening up, you will embark on a local tour of the city's top attractions.
  3. Mughal Gardens: You will visit the terraced gardens of Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), Chesma Sahi, and the Hazratbal Mosque, which are known for their beautiful fountains and stunning mountain backdrops.
  4. Tulip Garden: The tour includes a visit to the famous Tulip Garden.
  5. Shankaracharya Temple: You will climb the steps to this ancient temple located on top of the Sulimaan hill to enjoy panoramic views of Srinagar city and Dal Lake.


  1. Excursion to Sonmarg: You will head to Sonmarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold," which is celebrated for its pristine beauty and serves as a gateway to high-altitude treks.
  2. Thajiwas Glacier: You can visit the Thajiwas Glacier either via a short trek or a pony ride (available on direct payment) to enjoy stunning views of the snow, even in the summer.
  3. Return to Srinagar: In the evening, you will drive back to Srinagar and stay overnight in a hotel.


  1. Drive to Gulmarg: After breakfast, you will drive to Gulmarg (approximately 1.5-2 hours, 50 km).
  2. Gulmarg Gondola: You will take a ride on one of the world's highest cable cars, which operates in two phases, offering breathtaking views of the Apharwat Peak and surrounding snow-capped mountains. It is recommended that tickets be booked online in advance.
  3. Activities: Depending on the season, you can enjoy skiing, snow activities, or a pony ride through the lush green meadows and to the world's highest golf course.
  4. Return to Srinagar: In the evening, you will return to your hotel in Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.
  5. Winter Travel Note: In case of heavy snow, guests may need to hire a 4x4 cab or a chained car from Tanmarg to Gulmarg at an extra cost.


  1. Scenic Drive: Post-breakfast, you will take a scenic drive (approx. 2.5–3 hours, 90 km) to the town of Pahalgam, situated on the banks of the Lidder River.
  2. En-route Stops: During the drive, you will visit the famous saffron fields in Pampore and the 1100-year-old Awantipura Ruins, an ancient temple complex dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
  3. Pahalgam Valleys: Upon arrival, you can hire a local union taxi to explore the picturesque Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari, which is the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra. - Note: Hiring a union cab is required at an extra cost to visit the ABC valley.
  4. Leisure Activities: You may enjoy walking through pine forests, river rafting on the Lidder River, or simply relaxing by the riverside.
  5. Overnight Stay: You will return to Srinagar in the evening, where you will experience a stay on a traditional houseboat to complete your authentic Kashmir experience.


  1. Final Breakfast: Enjoy your breakfast on your houseboat.
  2. Departure: Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the Srinagar Airport for your departure, concluding your memorable 4-day Kashmir trip.


Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusion
  1. Accommodation: Twin sharing basis in Premium hotels and a Premium Houseboat.
  2. Meal Plan: Breakfast and dinner are included (MAP Plan). No breakfast is provided on the arrival day.
  3. Shikara Ride: A complimentary 01-hour Shikara ride is included.
  4. Transportation: Private vehicle for the entire travel duration (Note: AC will not work in the hills).
  5. Vehicle Usage: The vehicle is not at disposal; it is provided for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary only.
  6. Taxes: GST is included.

Your stay will be in the following or similar properties:

  1. Srinagar: The Azara / Samci Riveria / Golden Leaf / Royal heritage / Similar.
  2. Houseboat: Premium Houseboat.


Exclusion
  1. Extra Activities: All pony rides, union cab services, and Gondola tickets are at an extra cost.
  2. Activity Pricing: Horse rides typically cost 1200–1500 per head, and ABC valley costs 3000 extra. Gulmarg Gondola tickets are 800 per head for Phase 1 and 1800 per head for both phases.
  3. AC Charges: AC charges for the vehicle are 500 per day extra.
  4. Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses, room service, special orders, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, porterage, tips, etc., are not included.
  5. Transportation: Flight fares or any other mode of transport used to reach Srinagar are not included.
  6. Additional Sightseeing: Any additional sightseeing which is not mentioned in the itinerary is excluded.
  7. Cancellations: Cost incurred due to flight/ferry cancellation by the respective service provider is not covered.
  8. General: Anything not mentioned in inclusions is excluded.


Tour Policy

Payment Policies

  1. Token Amount: A 30% deposit of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. This can be paid via bank account transfer or through the company's payment gateway (via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card).
  2. Gateway Charges: If paying by card, an extra 2.8% gateway charge applies.
  3. Flight Bookings: Full payment is required for flights immediately, as airfare rates are subject to frequent fluctuations.
  4. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before your travel date.
  5. Invoices: Once booked, your payment invoice and vouchers will be delivered to your email, typically 7 days after the booking date.


Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation fees are determined by how close the cancellation is made to your trip start date:

  1. 30 days or more before the start date: 25% of the total package cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
  2. 15–30 days before the start date: 50% of the total package cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
  3. 0–15 days before the start date: 100% of the total package cost is charged as a cancellation fee.


Important Notes

  1. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, some activities may be cancelled. The company will attempt to provide alternate activities, but no refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
  2. Documentation: Ensure all cancellations are handled according to these terms as stated in your package agreement.
