  4. Your overnight stay is arranged in Cochin.


  1. Welcome to Kerala! Upon arriving at Kochi Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand, you will be transferred to your hotel in Munnar.
  2. Along the way, enjoy brief stops at the Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls, where you can admire the stunning natural scenery.
  3. Afterwards, you will continue your journey to Munnar and, upon arrival, check into your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.


  1. In the morning, board your transfer for your sightseeing tour of Munnar.
  2. Begin with a visit to Rajamalai National Park, home to the native mountain goats known as the Nilgiri Tahr.
  3. Continue to explore notable spots including Echo Point, Kundala lake, Mattupaty Dam and Tea Estate, among others.
  4. After a day full of exploration, you will be driven back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

  3. Meal Plan: Daily breakfast is provided at the hotel, and all meals are included during your stay on the houseboat.
  4. Transportation: Private AC car provided for all transfers and sightseeing (Note: AC will not operate while traveling in the hills).
  5. Vehicle Usage: An individual cab is provided based on the size of your group—a Sedan for up to 3 people and an SUV for 4–6 people—for all travel as per the itinerary.
  6. Pick-up & Drop: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services from the Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand.
  7. AC Timing: AC timing on the houseboat is 9 PM to 6 AM.

  3. Adventure Activities: Any adventure activities—including safaris, rides, surfing, or paragliding—are excluded.
  4. Extra Services: Any additional services such as permits, jeep safaris, or extra meals are not included.
  5. Miscellaneous: Anything else that is not explicitly listed in the package details is excluded.


Tour Policy

Payment Policy


  1. Token Amount: For land arrangements, a 30% deposit of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
  2. Payment Methods: You can pay via the provided bank account or through the company's payment gateway (Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card).
  3. Gateway Charges: An extra 2.8% gateway charge applies when paying by card.
  4. Flight Bookings: Full payment is required for flights through Net Banking or cash deposit, as airfare rates fluctuate frequently.
  5. Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment is required if you are traveling within one week.
  6. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 07 days before your departure date.
  7. Documentation: Payment invoices and vouchers will be delivered to your email; vouchers are typically provided 7 days after the booking date.


Cancellation Policy


  1. 30 days or more before the start date: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  2. 15–30 days before the start date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  3. 0–15 days before the start date: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.


  1. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. The company will attempt to provide an alternate feasible activity, but no refund will be provided for canceled activities.
