Itinerary

  1. Start your journey to Manali by boarding the Volvo bus from the designated pick-up point in Delhi.
  2. Guests are requested to report at the scheduled time for departure.
  3. Enjoy an overnight journey on the Volvo bus as you head towards the mountains.


  1. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our driver and transferred to your hotel.
  2. Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and early check-in is subject to availability.
  3. After freshening up, enjoy a half-day local sightseeing tour.
  4. The tour covers the Hadimba Devi Temple, Ghatotkacha Temple, Club House, Buddhist Monasteries, Van Vihar, and the Mall Road of Manali.
  5. You will have an overnight stay and dinner at the hotel in Manali.


  1. Early morning, proceed for a full-day excursion to visit the Solang Valley.
  2. You can enjoy adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, and others.
  3. The magnificent views and natural beauty of the valley provide a never-ending source of delight.
  4. Later, drive back to Manali for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
  5. Note: Visiting Rohtang Pass is available at an additional cost, and all activities are on a direct payment basis.


  1. After a hearty breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  2. Please note that the check-out time is 10:00 AM.
  3. You can visit the Mall Road on your own cost to purchase gifts for family and friends.
  4. Board the overnight Volvo to reach Delhi for your onward journey.

Inclusion
  1. Accommodation: Enjoy a comfortable stay on a twin-sharing basis at your chosen hotel category, ranging from Standard to Premium properties.
  2. Meal Plan: The package includes a MAP meal plan consisting of 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners, matching the number of nights. Please note, breakfast is not provided on the arrival day.
  3. Transportation: Individual non-AC cabs are provided for all sightseeing according to the itinerary.
  4. Vehicle Usage: The cab type is determined by your group size—an Alto car for 1–3 people, an Ertiga for 4 people, and an Innova for 6 people.
  5. Round Trip Tickets: The package includes round-trip AC Volvo semi-sleeper tickets to and from Delhi.
  6. Pick-up & Drop: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are provided from the Manali Volvo stop to your hotel and return.
  7. Taxes: All applicable taxes and GST are included in the package cost.

Exclusion
  1. Transportation: Flights, trains, ferries, and similar travel arrangements are not included.
  2. Adventure Activities: Activities such as safari, rides, surfing, paragliding, etc., are not covered.
  3. Extra Services: Any extra services—such as chain cars for heavy snow, permits, Volvo luggage charges, room heaters, meals, etc.—are excluded.
  4. Personal Expenses: Costs related to laundry, shopping, telephone bills, tips, etc., are not included.
  5. General: Anything else not specifically listed in the above package details is excluded.


Tour Policy

Payment Policy


  1. Token Amount: For land arrangements, a 30% deposit of the total package cost is required as a token amount.
  2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via the provided bank account or through the company’s Payment Gateway using Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
  3. Gateway Charges: A 2.8% gateway charge applies for payments made by card.
  4. Flight Bookings: Full payment is required for flights via Net Banking or cash deposit, as airfare rates are subject to frequent fluctuations.
  5. Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the total package cost must be paid at least 7 days before the date of departure.
  6. Vouchers: Your payment invoice and vouchers will be sent to your email, with vouchers typically provided 7 days after the booking date.


Cancellation Policy


  1. 30 days or more before the start date: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  2. 15–30 days before the start date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  3. 0–15 days before the start date: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.


  1. Unforeseen Conditions: In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. The company will endeavor to provide an alternate feasible activity, but no refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
