Overview

Dubai, one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates, is a dynamic and modern city located on the southeastern coast of the Persian Gulf. Known for its ultramodern architecture, luxury lifestyle, and vibrant tourism scene, Dubai has transformed from a desert outpost into a global hub for business, innovation, and leisure. It is home to the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, as well as other iconic landmarks like the Palm Jumeirah and the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel. While Arabic is the official language, English is widely spoken due to the city’s highly international population—expatriates make up over 80% of its residents. Dubai's economy has successfully diversified beyond oil into sectors such as real estate, tourism, finance, and aviation. With world-class shopping malls, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and a rich mix of cultural influences, Dubai offers a unique blend of traditional Middle Eastern heritage and futuristic urban living, making it a top destination for tourists, entrepreneurs, and professionals from around the world.
