  3. Meal Plan: Daily breakfast is included at the hotel, and all meals are provided during your stay on the houseboat.
  4. Transportation: Private AC car provided for all transfers and sightseeing. (Note: AC will not operate while traveling in the hills ).
  5. Vehicle Usage: An individual cab is provided based on the size of your group—a Sedan for up to 3 people and an SUV for 4–6 people—for all travel as per the itinerary.
  6. Pick-up & Drop: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services from the Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand.

Exclusion
  1. Adventure & Extra Activities: Any adventure activities—such as safaris, rides, surfing, or paragliding—are not included.
  2. Personal Expenses: Personal costs including laundry, shopping, telephone bills, and tips are not covered.
  3. Extra Services: Any extra services, such as permits, jeep safaris, or additional meals, are not included.
  4. Travel Fares: Flight, train, or ferry fares are not included in the package cost.
  5. Additional Sightseeing: Any additional sightseeing or services not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
  6. Unforeseen Cancellations: No refunds or coverage will be provided for activities cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions.


Tour Policy

Payment Policy


  1. Token Amount: A 30% deposit of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. This can be paid via bank account transfer or through the company's payment gateway (Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card).
  2. Gateway Charges: An extra 2.8% gateway charge applies if paying by card.
  3. Flight Bookings: Full payment is required for flights immediately, as airfare rates are subject to frequent fluctuations.
  4. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 07 days before your departure date.
  5. Invoices: Your payment invoice and vouchers will be delivered to your email, typically 07 days after the booking date.


Cancellation Policy


  1. Cancellation Fees: Fees are determined by how close the cancellation is made to your trip start date:
  2. 30 days or more before the start date: 25% of the total package cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
  3. 15–30 days before the start date: 50% of the total package cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
  4. 0–15 days before the start date: 100% of the total package cost is charged as a cancellation fee.


  1. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. The company will try its best to provide an alternate feasible activity, but no refund will be provided for the same.
